Customer Service disaster
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Asked for leftover food to be packed up, waiter confirmed all in one pack. Nothing for almost 30 minutes, then apologies that it was thrown away. Asked for manager, Babu, who said he was owner. Endless apologies, excuses, then lies. Ultimately accused us of insulting waitstaff profession. Enjoy the food, but excpect NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Shad Indian Restaurant
Great food and great service. We've eaten in many different indian restaurants over the years and this ranks with the best. The last time we ate here was the week after it opened last year. Good to find the standards haven't slipped. Thanks SHAD for an excellent meal experience.
Well Managed, Excellent Indian Food
We now use this as our regular curry house. The management are very friendly and make sure you are happy. Best of all the food is cooked fresh. Simply Indian is still a favourite but I was really pleased this place opened. Well worth a try.
