Waterloo Station: work starts on 10 million 'St Pancras-style' makeover

Work has begun on a 10 million project to create 18 new shops - including a champagne bar - on a balcony above the concourse of Waterloo Station.

City Hall to be renamed 'London House' during 2012 Olympics

City Hall is to be rebranded as 'London House' for the duration of the 2012 Olympic Games, Mayor of London Boris Johnson has decided.
