Borough High Street's new railway bridge will be moved into position over the May Bank Holiday weekend - but it will be at least five years till the first train runs across it.
The British Transport Police have cited "serious crime and counter-terrorism concerns" in their objection to a planning application for a nightclub near London Bridge Station.
