Bankside’s Tsuru Japanese restaurant launches local delivery service
Tsuru, a Japanese restaurant near Tate Modern, is to launch a local delivery service this month.
Tsuru, which opened in Canvey Street just over two years ago, will deliver made sushi and katsu curry to offices and homes in the Bankside and South Bank areas.
Customers can place an order by calling 020 7928 2228 before 11am for lunch or 6pm for dinner and pay over the phone or on delivery. The minimum order is £10.
The delivery area is bounded by Borough High Street to the east, Waterloo Road to the west, Webber Street to the south and the Thames to the north.
Tsuru, located at Bankside Mix, specialises in fresh authentic Japanese dishes, made using sustainably-sourced ingredients. All the sushi is handmade and stocks and sauces are made from scratch.
