A temporary boating lake for inflatables and toy boats and a paddling pool has opened in Union Street.
In recent years the site at 100 Union Street has hosted a lido, an urban orchard, a physic garden and a pub.
This year's temporary installation is The Lake, an artificial pond with juice bar and timber deck for sunbathing.
The Lake has been created by the EXYZT collective which was responsible for the original Southwark Lido back in 2008.
The land is owned by Roger Zogolovitch's Lake Estates company.
The Lake is open Tuesday to Sunday 12 noon to 8pm until September.
