Tickets go on sale for Shrek’s Adventure at County Hall
Tickets for the new Shrek's Adventure attraction at County Hall went on sale this week at a pop-up gingerbread ticket office on the South Bank.
The edible ticket office was made from 700 real gingerbread biscuit tiles, 100kg of icing and decorated with almost 250 giant candies.
Shrek's Adventure! London is a new attraction from Merlin Entertainments in collaboration with DreamWorks, bringing to life a totally new Shrek adventure, complete with a cast of fairy tale characters, themed shows and sets, an 4D bus ride, special effects and new animation.
Tickets for the new attraction are not cheap, with the door price for adults being £26 for adults and £20.80 for children. There is a 10 per cent discount for online bookings.
Shrek's Adventure will occupy the space at County Hall previously used by the London Film Museum.
Shrek's Adventure! London opens in July.
