Waterloo’s Hampton by Hilton hotel plans 40-room extension

The hotel currently has 197 rooms and plans to add a further 40 under plans submitted to Lambeth Council (17/01474/FUL).

If this extension is approved, Waterloo Road will have 718 hotel rooms: 237 at the expanded Hampton by Hilton London Waterloo, 177 at the H10 London Waterloo, 279 at the Travelodge London Waterloo and 25 at The Wellington.

The wider Bishop's ward area already has more hotel rooms than permanent residents who turned out to vote at the last election.
