Two youths have been charged in connection with the collision in Rolls Road last October that led to the death of 19-month-old Bermondsey toddler Billy Donnelly.
On 20 October 2006 a Jeep Wrangler was in collision with a tree and
then 19-month-old Billy Donnelly at the junction of Rolls Road and Marlborough Grove.
A 15-year-old youth attended a South London police station on Monday and was charged with aggravated vehicle taking.
A 14-year-old youth was charged with causing death by dangerous driving; aggravated vehicle taking; failing to stop after an accident and driving other than in accordance with a licence and no insurance.
Both youths were arrested in Southwark on the day of the incident.
Both are bailed to appear at Southwark Youth Court on Wednesday 7 February.
