Boutcher Primary School, Charles Dickens Primary School and Notre Dame Girls' School are all included on a list of 'outstanding' schools in this year's annual report by the Government's chief inspector.
175 London schools inspected over the last year are included on the roll of honour in the Annual Report of Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Education, Children's Services and Skills
For Notre Dame Girls' School in St George's Road it is their third time in the list having been judged to be outstanding at three inspections over the last decade and a half.
Charles Dickens Primary School in Lant Street featured on the list in 2002/3 whilst Boutcher Primary School in Grange Road is included for the first time.
"It's encouraging to see so much outstanding provision across all areas of education and care and I pay tribute to all who contributed to this success," says chief inspector Christine Gilbert. "The number of outstanding providers has risen by 989 compared to last year.
"Congratulations are also particularly deserved for those schools and colleges, categorised as outstanding in each of their inspection reports over the past 15 years, and for those schools previously judged inadequate, but now providing outstanding education."
Schools on the list are given a distinctive 'outstanding' logo which they can use on documents and their website to demonstrate their achievement.
