Blue Fin Food Festival: lunchtime food market in Canvey Street
A new lunchtime food market has opened in Bankside's Canvey Street.
Run by Shepherds Markets, the Blue Fin Food Festival will last for five weeks until Friday 3 October.
The market is open 11am-2pm each weekday.
The first day featured seven traders offer Indian, Peruvian, Ethiopian and Spanish food, as well as a crepe stall and others serving sweets and cakes.
Each of the hot food stalls offers a £4 meal deal and the line-up of traders will change every few days.
