Sainsbury’s Local to open in Westminster Bridge Road
Sainsbury's is to open a convenience store in Westminster Bridge Road as part of a new apart-hotel development.
Sainsbury's Local will occupy part of the ground floor of the new Marlin Apartments building on the site of Costain House near Lambeth North Underground Station.
The new store will be Sainsbury's twelfth branch in SE1.
Planning and licensing applications have been submitted to Lambeth Council in connection with the new shop.
