This week is the final opportunity to comment on Southwark Council's draft site-specific policies for 32 plots of land in SE1 likely to be redeveloped in the coming years.
The 32 sites across Bankside and the Borough, London Bridge, Bermondsey, Blackfriars Road and Elephant & Castle include sites where redevelopment plans are well advanced as well as those where landowners have not yet gone public with their intentions.
Inclusion of a site in the council's document doesn't mean it will necessarily be developed, but sets a framework for any proposals a landowner may put forward.
As well as the site-specific policies, the council is also seeking comments on 'area visions' for each neighbourhood.
Public consultation runs until Friday 28 April at http://www.southwark.gov.uk/planning-and-building-control/planning-policy-and-transport-policy/consultation-and-updates/new-southwark-plan-consultation-proposed-area-visions-and-site-allocations
