The Countess of Wessex visited St Thomas' Hospital on Tuesday to officially open the new Rare Diseases Centre.
First aid charity St John Ambulance has a new unit for adult first aiders and is launching a cadet unit (for 10 to 17-year olds) at its London Bridge training centre in Borough High Street.
