Riverside Bookshop relocates to Tooley Street
SE1's longest established independent bookshop has moved a few yards further inland to the Tooley Street side of Hay's Galleria.
The Riverside Bookshop has moved to a new space over two floors occupying the former Allans Patisserie shop on the corner of Tooley Street and Battle Bridge Lane.
It is one of a number of recent changes at Hay's Galleria, including the closure of The Christmas Shop after 26 years.
Shortly before Christmas a new branch of Costa Coffee opened in the galleria.
The former Riverside Bookshop premises on the eastern side of Hay's Galleria is expected to become a restaurant.
