A South Bank parking space has been put up for sale with an asking price of £125,000.
An underground parking space at the County Hall Apartments in Chicheley Street on the South Bank is currently being marketed on Rightmove by Icon Residential.
The agents describe the parking spot as a "fantastic investment opportunity" that currently produces a rental income of £3,000 a year.
At £125,000 the parking space is a long way short of the London price record, but may represent one of the highest asking prices seen south of the river.
Earlier this year a parking space near Hyde Park was on the market for £350,000.
