Team London Bridge is inviting local groups to apply for grants of between £500 and £2,000 for community events, youth projects and similar initiatives.

To be eligible for funding, projects must take place between April 2019 and March 2020.

The beneficiaries can belong to any age group, and ideally the majority must live in SE1, SE16 or SE17.

The deadline is 2pm on Friday 8 February .

Details of how to apply are available on the TLB website.

Project which received funding from the Building Communities Fund in 2018/19 included singing workshops for mothers with post-natal depression, healthy cooking training for young people and an intergenerational cycling scheme.
