Waterloo Library
In July 2016 Waterloo's public library moved from Lower Marsh to the Oasis Centre where it adjoins The Hub Coffee House .
The new library is mostly self-service. Library staff are available for between 2 and 4 hours a day. A timetable of the staffing hours is on display in the library.
Computers are available for public use, as well as a photocopier and other facilities.
